Refund Policy
Since all of our products are made to order, each return and refund request is carefully reviewed on an individual basis. You have a 2-day (48-hour) window from the time you receive your order to contact us if there’s an issue. After this period, all sales are final, and no claims can be processed.
Eligibility for Returns/Refunds
We accept returns or refunds only under the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged.
- The item has a defect.
- The wrong item was shipped.
Eligibility for Return
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return.
How to Start a Return

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way to proceed is to return the unwanted item and then place a new order for the desired product. Once the return is accepted, simply make a new purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
