Cancelling Your Order

At Telinchi, we start working on your custom artwork as soon as you place your order. For this reason, cancellations cannot be accepted once production begins. However, if you change your mind, simply contact us within 2 hours of purchase, and we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Cause for Return

We take great care in producing, packaging, and delivering your artwork safely. Each piece undergoes a thorough quality check before leaving our warehouse. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package, and we’ll take care of the rest. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Conditions for Return

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product if it arrives damaged or the wrong item was shipped.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • After 48 hours, all sales are final, unless your product arrives damaged or an incorrect product was sent.

How to Process a Return/Exchange

  1. Email us at info@telinchi.com with your order number and "Exchange/Return" in the subject line.
  2. Provide the reason for your return or exchange.
  3. Include clear photos of the product showing the issue.

Once we receive your request, we will review it. If approved, we will proceed with the refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

Important Note:

Returns are only accepted for items that are damaged during shipment, defective, or incorrect orders. Products damaged by the buyer are not eligible for return.

We Issue Returns/Refunds Only When:

  • The product is defective.
  • The wrong item was sent to you by mistake.

If either of these situations applies, please contact us and we’ll gladly assist with the return or refund process.

Refund Timeline

If your refund is approved, we will initiate the process to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7–10 business days to appear in your account. We appreciate your patience!

Return Timeline

If the return conditions are met, we will begin processing the return within 3–4 days of receiving your request. We will keep you informed throughout the process.
